TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is our wish and our special concern making you feel comfortable and at home in our apartments. Nevertheless, in order to avoid misunderstandings, we are asking you to read and accept our house rules and terms and conditions in advance. We thank you for allowing us to welcome you as our guest in our apartments and wish you a pleasant stay!
Booking procedure
The guest can make reservation in writing by emailing sunshine.residence1@gmail.com or via the online request at www.sunshine-residence.com. To make a reservation we require confirmation deposit equal to 30% of the total rental rate to secure your preferred apartment. Once payment is received, a confirmed booking will be made with your chosen apartment. One week before your arrival we will send you vital information regarding check in details. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the requested payment does not reach us before the due date. For bookings made within 1 week of the start of your holiday, the full cost should be paid at the time of booking.
Final payment
The balance can be paid in cash upon arrival, on the first day of the holiday.
Included in the price
The rental rate is fully inclusive of all bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels, air-conditioning, post stay cleaning, wireless internet and parking facilities. Travel cots and baby chairs for children under 3 can be provided free of charge. The tourist tax is already included in the rental rate.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, please give us written notice of such cancellation as soon as possible. In case of cancelation up to 31 days before the agreed date of arrival: 0% of the total amount. Cancellation 30 days to 29 days before the agreed date of arrival: 30% of the total amount. For no-show : 100% of the total amount. In case of early departure or later arrival there will be no refund. The deposit will be returned to your account within 7 days.
Arrival/departure times
Accomodation is available from 3 pm on the start day of the booking until 10 am on the final day. If you require an early check-in and/or late check-out, we recommend making a reservation for the apartment for the previous and/or following night. In case of early departure, no refund can be made.
Number of people
It is not permitted to exceed the number of persons you specify. If additional guests travel with you or during the stay period, please let us know so that we can provide bed linen and towels. The surcharge for this person will be charged by the owner. It is not allowed to house non- registered extra guests in the apartments. The temporary transfer of the apartment to third parties is prohibited.
Smoking
Since we run our apartments as non-smoking apartments it is strictly forbidden to smoke in our premises. It is also not allowed to smoke at the windows. We ask our guest to smoke at the garden or on the balcony.
Parking
Each apartment has one parking space on the property. If guests occupying an apartment come with 2 cars, the other car must be parked in the communal car park 1 km from the house.
Injury or Loss
We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising at the accommodation. Neither we can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness or failure of any public service supply.
Pets
Regrettably no pets of any kind are permitted under any circumstances.
General
If you miss anything in the facility, please inform us at your earliest convenience, in order to fix any shortcomings quickly. We are happy to answer your questions about the property or providing information about the surroundings.
Payment of the confirmation deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
