The house itself

Sunshine Residence is a small, family-run house in a quiet corner of Stara Baška — designed for guests who prefer privacy over crowds and atmosphere over formality.

With just a handful of thoughtfully designed apartments, it feels personal, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming.

Fig trees, olive branches, and aromatic herbs surround the house. Guests are welcome to pick fresh ingredients for cooking or enjoy relaxed evenings at the grill under the open sky.

Private on-site parking is included with every apartment — so you can arrive, settle in, and feel at home right away.

Between mountains and sea, everything feels balanced.

Small paths lead down to the beach and up into the hills, where sheep graze above the village. Olive and fig trees grow around the house, and the rhythm is calm and unhurried.

Far from large resorts, yet within easy reach of the island’s towns when you feel like a change of pace.
